T-Mobile

OVERVIEW

This is the part of a success story where we would talk a little bit about the client and what they do. Well, it’s Jack Morton Worldwide and their client T-Mobile, so we are going to just skip right to other stuff.

CHALLENGE

Jack Morton needed a partner to handle the T-Mobile hospitality suites registration for the All Star Game and World Series. They had invested big money into making sure that the customer experience was second to none, so it was imperative that the first thing their customers saw as they began the process was first class. From the sea of digital billboards to enormous banners to the strategically placed swag, T-Mobile made its presence known at All Star Game and The World Series.

The event required experts in registration and hospitality to wrangle the existing processes, simplify the pricing options and automate new ways to make the customer experience as smooth and seamless as possible. Outdated manual processes had to make way for a completely web-based registration system.

SOLUTION

Jack Morton entrusted Lightspeed with the task of running the T-Mobile customer registration process at both events.

Simply put – nothing could go wrong. With 2,000 things on their plate, Jack Morton needed to rest easy knowing that the registration portion of the process was being handled. Lightspeed’s custom registration solution enabled the invited guests to easily claim their seats and watch The Home Run Derby, All Star Game, and The Cubs and Indians battle it out for baseball’s ultimate prize.

Just like T-Mobile is proud to be a sponsor of Major League Baseball, we are proud of the part we played in making the event a major success.

Let's create amazing things together.
